I wonder where the servers are physically housed. Apparently there were some tornados in the midwest and power outages. There's a possibility that the server is out because of that... fingers crossed.

I'm imagining a hosting company that thought it would be smart to set up a server farm in a trailer park in Tornado Alley. Really improved their margins with that low real estate overhead.

nothing yet. my guess is that the power is down...might be down for a couple of days. i'm feeling disconnected. might need to see if my insurance covers rehab...
We didn't think you were to blame, Dawno. The site came back up around 7:00 this evening. Now everyone can quit biting their nails.
Here I was thinking it had something to do with my computer as the reason why AW wasn't coming up (most of the time that's the reason). I'm glad it's back up. Now I can feed my addiction like the rest of you.
I'm not getting anything. Well I'm getting some sort of parent list. It's all in computer. :(
I'll keep checking. Maybe it's telling me I should work on my nanonovel.

Don't blame youself for the AW forum crash, Dawno. We all know the real reason things went wrong was that Haskins was a vital part of the forum and even the server was upset that he left.
