It's an interesting theory...but I remember much of the same complaining going on regarding Obama and his stereotyping of midwestern folks regarding guns and religion.
Alas, it really isn't going to matter who gets elected this November. The regular folks are going to end up taking it in the shorts for the next 4 years, and then we'll go through this same exercise in futility again.

That's a fair comment, just found this guy's post a rather interesting take on who Joe Six-pack really is.
